Commencement Day is one of the highlights of the ES year. It is a great time for university students to meet other Christians from Flinders University and other campuses to start the year in a great way! To read student testimonies go here!!
Commencement Day is especially great for new uni students, to get to know what to expect as a Christian at uni before the semester starts. You'll find out a bit about what uni life is like, get some invaluable tips and tricks about navigating uni, and spend time meeting new friends. If you're a continuing student, then it's an opportunity to relax, have fun, reunite with friends and meet even more people!
We'll spend some time looking at what God has to say about uni life in talks, and you can find out what ES does at uni as well as having fun on the river.
Check out the Facebook event here for more details.

NTE, the National Training Event, is a camp run by AFES each year in December for students across Australia and the Pacific. This is a great time to dig deeper into the bible and hear a number of great bible talks from speakers from around the world.
Each year focusses on a different Christian theme and is tailored directly for students, to equip them for university ministry. NTE also provides a number of opportunities to hear about international and cross cultural mission.
This year due to uncertainty, regional NTE's will be held in each state to allow all students to access this conference. Stay tuned for more details coming!
